Assistant Vice President of Regulatory Operations, Louis Chames, is the master of making sure Trupanion is perfectly in compliance with insurance regulations all over the United States.
A guy who is obsessed with attention to detail, Louis also is fantastically dedicated to the organization by driving over three hours a day to and from the office. If anyone needs his own Star Trek 'transporting' machine, it's our pal Louis.
