At the Trupanion office, Assistant Vice President Ronaye Verigin runs the member services show, but at home it's another story. The cats rule the roost.
Minka (AKA Stinker) walks around like an only child who owns the place (and he's still waiting for his full-time masseuse), and Bella (AKA Queenie) thinks she's a giant and is quick to clear the backyard of any and all challengers to her throne. The two of them tag team when it comes to clawing the furniture over their scratching posts. But hearing them purr makes it all worthwhile (even the hassle of re-upholstering).
